To keep up with the high consumer demand, GSC through its technology partner EASI; has deploy an integrated ticketing system, powering up both online and offline transactions, including transactions at the concession counters nationwide.

To further improve on the efficacy on location at the cinemas, GSC through EASI, also has deployed 148 self-service kiosk nationwide as at 2020, and the number has

EASI’s Digital Display system powers the menu screens seen at all GSC ticket & concession counters. All transactions at the concession counters are instantaneous; delivering customer orders quickly to the kitchen for their preparation. This helps ensure that each customer’s orders are processed speedily to ensure a quick & consistent customer turnaround time. 

Customers who made bookings online will receive their QR code through the EASI Ticketing System. They can then scan the QR code received on their mobile (app or email), to be permitted entry to the cinema halls, be it for a single excited movie goer, or for a group of friends or family. 

To date, EASI has deployed for GSC:

1. EASI Ticketing System – enabling close to 12 million transactions a year.
2. EASI Point of Sales System (POS) – delivering 2.8 million sales orders throughout the year through 300 POS system.
3. EASI Digital Display – managing and powering the intelligence behind 268 digital display screens at the cinema.
